How to Measure for the Right Fit
Ensuring the correct size for flame-resistant (FR) and industrial safety apparel is essential for comfort, mobility, and full protective coverage. Use these guidelines to take accurate measurements:
- Height – Measure from the top of your head to the ground without shoes.
- Sleeve – Measure from the middle of your back to the elbow, then to the wrist.
- Chest – Measure under the arms and around the fullest part of the chest.
- Waist – Measure around the waist or belt line in even inches.
- Inseam – Measure the inside seam of a well-fitting pair of pants.

Tips for a Correct Fit...
- Always have someone else take the measurements.
- Hold tape snug but not tight around the body.
- If between two sizes, choose the larger size.
